How much money would I spend on gas traveling from Charlotte (NC) to Houston (TX) ONE WAY? I have a Lexus and the gas tank holds 19.2 gallons. Thanks in advance!! I have a lexus SUV rx330 Other - United States - 6 Answers

it depends how much it costs in the different states. I would be safe and take like 300ish. but thats just a guess. i dont really know.

About how many miles to the gallon do you get? 1050 miles approx. Guessing about 22mpg 48 gal at 3.10 per 148.8 +10% $160.00 give or take

If it's a lexus suv, it would take more than a smaller lexus car...

You really need to know how many miles per gallon your car gets to figure it out. Find out the mileage between the two places, divide by your miles per gallon and that should give you an estimate of the gallons of gas you'll need. Gas in Houston is about $3.00 for regular.
